- 0.44 pounds (200g) walnuts
- 0.88 pounds (400g) Medjool dates
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sesame butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions:
Prep the Walnuts: Place the walnuts in a food processor. Pulse until they are finely chopped.
Combine with Dates: Add the Medjool dates and coconut oil to the processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Add Sesame Butter: Add the sesame butter to the mixture and pulse again until everything is well mixed.
Form the Balls: Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
Freeze and Store: Place the rolled balls on a tray and freeze them for about one hour. After freezing, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
