GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These Rules are a legally binding document for the parties, specifying the rights, obligations, terms of acquiring and paying for Goods, delivery terms, return procedures, responsibilities of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods from the Seller.
2.2. By placing an order, the Buyer must familiarize themselves with these Rules and confirm that they have done so by providing the necessary information to conclude the Agreement and deliver the Order.
2.3. The Seller has the right to change the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set by legal acts. The Buyer will be informed about changes to the Rules in the Online Store.

STARTING POINT OF RULES APPLICATION

3.1. The Rules apply to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller from the moment when:
3.1.1. The Buyer fills out an order in the Online Store, provides the necessary information to conclude the Agreement, and deliver the order, then clicks the "Buy" link;
3.1.2. The Buyer, when purchasing by phone, provides the necessary information to conclude the Agreement, form the Order, and deliver it to the Seller;
3.1.3. The Buyer submits an Order and documents required to use the consumer credit service provided by leasing companies.

BUYER'S RIGHTS

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase Goods from the Seller in accordance with these Rules.
4.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse and return Goods purchased in the Online Store within fourteen days without stating a reason. Following the provisions of this article, the Buyer informs the Seller about the return of Goods by submitting a statement in a free form, indicating their decision to refuse and return the Goods. The notice of refusal and return of Goods is submitted to the Seller by email at the email address specified in the Online Store. The Buyer must send or deliver the Goods to the Seller without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of notifying the Seller of the refusal and return of the Goods. The Buyer bears only the direct costs of returning the Goods.
4.3. The Buyer has the right to refuse and return Goods after the 14-day period specified in Article 4.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing, indicating the Goods to be returned and the reason for the return. For clarity, this provision does not mean that the Seller must accept returned Goods, and in each specific case, the Seller, after examining the return request, decides on the return of the Goods. If the Seller decides to accept the returned Goods, the return and transfer of the Goods are carried out according to the terms agreed separately between the Buyer and the Seller.
4.4. The Buyer can exercise the right specified in points 4.2. and 4.3. only if the Goods are not damaged, their appearance has not fundamentally changed, and they have not been used.
4.5. In the case where the Buyer purchases a set of Goods from the Seller and, in accordance with the right specified in point 4.3., wishes to refuse a specific (certain) Good(s), the Buyer must return the entire set of Goods to the Seller. If at least one of the Goods in the set does not meet the requirements specified in point 11.4 of the Rules, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned set of Goods.
4.6. Articles 4.2 and 4.3 of these Rules do not apply to packaged Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
