Base:

1 large apple

Caramel:

A large handful of prunes (soaked)
1 tbsp honey
A pinch of salt
1/3 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp melted coconut butter

Top layer:

Melted dark chocolate or cocoa mass
Chopped pistachio nuts (or any other)

To prepare the apple, cut the middle out using a special knife. Then cut the apple into rings approximately 0.5 cm thick. Mix all the ingredients in a blender to prepare the caramel. Cover each ring with a thick layer of caramel and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then cover with melted chocolate, sprinkle with nuts and freeze for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately or keep in a fridge.
