Our body temperature tends to increase naturally as we approach waking hours, reaching its peak in the middle of the day and decreasing to its lowest point at night.

To maintain your circadian rhythm - you should increase your internal temperature to be awake, and exercising in the morning is a great way to do that. Combine it with "Daylight viewing" and "Cold therapy" habits in the morning, and you will create a summery feeling in your body.
